This seminar is designed for political candidates, their campaign managers, treasurers and fundraising staff as a practical, non-partisan guide to Pennsylvania election law. We will cover all aspects of election law, emphasizing ways to avoid the legal pitfalls that could scuttle your campaign at any stage. All candidates, potential candidates, and committee chairs and key staff, especially those involved in finance and fundraising, should make this seminar an essential step before setting out on the campaign trail.
