Cooper B. Lerner focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, representing clients in patent disputes involving highly technical technologies. Cooper has experience supporting all stages of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Cooper’s experience includes working closely with technical experts and client teams to analyze complex scientific and engineering concepts and translate them into clear litigation strategies and narratives. He has worked on matters involving chemical and semiconductor coating technologies.

Cooper brings a strong technical foundation to his intellectual property practice.
