His litigation practice focuses on efficiently managing complex cases while aligning legal strategy with his clients’ business objectives.

In addition to his litigation practice, Steve advises clients on patent portfolio strategy, prosecution, and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has significant experience preparing and prosecuting both utility and design patent applications in the United States and internationally. Steve also conducts due diligence, freedom-to-operate analyses, validity and patentability assessments, and formal opinion work.
