Regan J. Rundio focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and patent counseling and prosecution in a variety of technologies including semiconductor devices, consumer electronics, cloud infrastructure, robotics, and financial technology.
Regan has litigated matters in federal district and appellate courts, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and at the International Trade Commission. His experience includes taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, pleadings, and contentions, managing discovery, and briefing appeals.
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Regan practiced at two top-tier international firms focused on IP and technology. Before that, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan Albright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, where he helped manage one of the nation’s largest patent dockets.
Before and during law school, Regan served as a patent examiner at the USPTO, where he examined applications directed to transistors, light-emitting devices, imagers, photovoltaic technologies, and semiconductor packaging structures.
Regan obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an executive editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He holds a B.A. in Physics from Wittenberg University.
