Flaster Greenberg PC is pleased to announce that Transportation, Logistics, & Supply Chain Practice Group Leaders Christopher Merrick and Eric Palombo will attend the 2026 Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA) Annual Conference, taking place from April 29 – May 2, 2026 at the Omni Amelia Island Resort in Ameilia Island, Florida.

As active members of the transportation law community, Merrick and Palombo will join industry leaders, legal professionals, and logistics stakeholders from across the country to discuss emerging trends, regulatory developments, and evolving risks impacting the transportation sector.

During the conference, Palombo will present a session titled, “The Intermodal Intersection of the Last Mile: Aligning Law, Logistics, and Liability.” His presentation will explore the increasingly complex legal and operational challenges associated with last-mile delivery, including the intersection of multimodal transportation systems, contractual risk allocation, and liability exposure in a rapidly changing logistics landscape.

“Last-mile delivery continues to be one of the most dynamic and risk-intensive segments of the supply chain,” said Palombo. “This session will provide practical insights into how legal frameworks and logistics strategies must evolve together to effectively manage risk and support operational efficiency.”
