Business law and the business client are the heart of our practice at Flaster Greenberg. Among the clients we represent are entrepreneurial start-up enterprises, growing technology companies, long-established family-owned businesses, companies involved in industry-wide consolidations, professional corporations, and large privately-held as well as publicly-traded companies. Our business attorneys provide a full range of technical legal services to these clients. In addition, we are frequently asked to play the role of an experienced business counselor on issues ranging from organization and structure to negotiating mergers and acquisitions.

According to the publication, they sent out correspondence earlier this year to the foremost attorneys and law firms in South Jersey in search of nominations for their annual Leading Business Attorneys list. In addition, they also tasked their readers with going online recommending the legal professionals they’ve had positive experiences with. The results were tallied and after applying a minimum number of votes to be considered for the list, the leading vote getters in each specialty were then vetted using public sources of information to verify peer recognition, professional achievements, experience, honorable accolades and more.
The magazine also states that they go to great lengths and take time and energy to ensure a fair voting process, but acknowledge these surveys and Internet research are not entirely objective metrics. They also said they are aware that this is just a mere sample of the good attorneys in the region and thus there are many professionals who do not appear on the list. Furthermore, South Jersey Biz does not solely endorse the services of any particular attorney who was selected. Lastly, any paid advertisements in this publication were not exchange for inclusion on the list.
