Flaster Greenberg Welcomes Attorney Robert D. Caro

Flaster Greenberg is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Robert D. Caro to the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Department and Tax and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups. Caro will be headquartered in the firm’s Cherry Hill, NJ office where he will concentrate his practice on helping individuals, families, and businesses manage and distribute their assets, preserve their wealth, and adhere to tax laws and regulations.

Caro’s experience includes estate administration and probate, document preparation, client communications, and asset distribution. Plus, matters including estate and gift tax planning, business succession, charitable giving, and asset protection. He has also assisted in estate-related litigation from discovery through resolution, as well as drafting dispositive motions. Caro also has experience in preparing federal estate and gift tax returns and Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns for estates.

Caro previously worked as a consultant for a Big Four public accounting firm where he advised large, multinational corporations, and private equity firms with respect to the tax implications of a wide variety of different transactions including purchase agreements, financing agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements.

Barred in Pennsylvania, Caro obtained his J.D. from Penn State Law, received an LL.M in taxation from New York University School of Law, and a B.B.A. in finance from Temple University.
