Flaster Greenberg shareholder Mitchell H. Kizner was unanimously elected an officer of the New Jersey Bar Association, Environmental Law Section.
Kizner, who works in the law firm's Cherry Hill and Vineland offices, previously has served as a trustee to the section. He now will serve as treasurer for the 2010-11 term, and is in line to become chairman of the section in several years.
Kizner, a Vineland resident, focuses his practice on environmental and insurance litigation, compliance and counseling. The Vineland resident represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters as part of his active litigation and commercial law practice.
