Stephen M. Greenberg and Peter R. Spirgel were named “Awesome Attorneys” by South Jersey Magazine, which appeared in the publication’s December 2012 issue. Thousands of southern New Jersey residents took part in the voting and selection process of the 185 attorneys that were given this title. According to the magazine, those elected to this list are referred to as the “legal eagles” of South Jersey.

Greenberg concentrates his practice in healthcare law, tax and corporate legal services, including all types of business transactions, mergers and acquisitions. He has particular experience in mergers and acquisitions of healthcare providers and physician practice groups; tax structuring of business transactions and corporate reorganizations; and tax planning for individuals, estates and trusts.
Peter Spirgel, Managing Shareholder at Flaster Greenberg, has been named an “Awesome Attorney” under Corporate Law. Spirgel advises businesses on taxation and shareholder issues, and financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as counsels individuals in the area of federal, state and estate tax planning.
