Three Flaster Greenberg attorneys were mentioned in the December edition of South Jersey BIZ Magazine for their involvement in the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce Women in Business event titled “What Every Woman in Business Must Know: Legal.”
The event took place on November 3, 2011 at the Richard J. Flaster Conference Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Rachel Licausi and Alexis Arena, both attorneys at Flaster Greenberg, covered topics of discussion that included:
- What companies should consider when protecting their brand and when managing their reputation on the internet
- Preventative measures that companies can take to avoid disputes
- Tips on running your business so that you can avoid litigation
- What to do if you are served with legal paperwork indicating you have been sued
- How to resolve litigation quickly through settlement and what a typical timeline looks like
The third attorney mentioned in the story is Renee Vidal, a shareholder in the firm’s Business and Corporate, Taxation and Trusts and Estates practice groups. Renee is a Board Member of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce.
