Flaster Greenberg PC shareholder William J. Burnett has been named president of Greene Towne School, located at 2121 Arch Street in Philadelphia, effective July 1, 2010.

Burnett is a shareholder in the Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy, and Risk Management group and a member of Flaster Greenberg's executive committee. His practice involves representation in all areas of commercial Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, creditor's rights, and corporate liquidations.

He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and serves on the board of directors of the Turnaround Management Association's Philadelphia chapter. He is also an adjunct professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
