Flaster Greenberg PC Expands Litigation Department

Attorneys Preston D. Satchell and Peter J. Tomasco have joined Flaster Greenberg as associates in the Litigation Department, resident in the Cherry Hill office of the firm, effective May 18 and June 7, respectively. Mr. Satchell focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters including antitrust, re-insurance, bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation; and Mr. Tomasco focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Mr. Satchell was associated with a large national law firm, where he represented a major bank, a Fortune 500 company and a multinational corporation in complex litigation matters. Prior to the private practice of law, he was a legal intern with the Philadelphia District Attorney's office and also served as a summer intern in the United States Attorney's office.

Mr. Satchell graduated magna cum laude from Temple University and later earned his J.D. in 2008 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. At the University of Pennsylvania, he was senior editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change; a Max Rosen Scholarship recipient from 2005 to 2008; and a captain of the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition team.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Mr. Tomasco was an associate at a national law firm, where he concentrated his practice on the defense of pharmaceutical manufacturers in products liability actions and government investigations. He previously was a Legal Intern in the Office of the City Solicitor in Waltham, Massachusetts. Prior to his legal career, he was a research analyst with a real estate development firm in Washington, DC.

Mr. Tomasco graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He subsequently earned his J.D. in 2006 from Boston College Law School, where he was the solicitations editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.
