Frank Wisniewski was asked to comment on remarks made at the Rutgers Business School Quarterly Review, where business leaders provided their opinion on the economic forecast in the coming few months and through the end of the year. Wisniewski said that bad times seem to bring out the best in government, and “ . . . in times of crisis the government seems to be more receptive to working with the business community.”
