Standards for Outdoor Facilities

About the Presentation

Municipalities have identified the need to have standards for outdoor facilities as permitted uses in multiple zones during the pandemic. Municipalities should consider master plan amendments and ordinance revisions for outdoor facilities now and post-pandemic. The panel will address the planning and legal implications of expanding opportunities for outdoor land uses. CEUs are free to NJPO members; non-members' all-inclusive conference fee is $50. Courses require NJPO & League Conference registrations.
