Jeff has been a significant member of the commercial brokerage community in Philadelphia since 1979. He co-founded the former Smith Mack operation in 1984 and has continued to lease and sell more suburban office space than any other individual agent. He served as past chairman of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors, commercial and industrial division.
- Craig J. Scheuerle, Executive Managing Director, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank
Craig began his real estate career as an office leasing specialist in the brokerage division of Jackson-Cross Company in 1987. After 10 years he joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and specialized in tenant representation. He has been acknowledged as a national top producer for the company for 11 of the past 15 years and continues to excel at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
