PDF
RIMS, Delaware Valley Chapter

This program will discuss these new forms, along with other exclusions developed by individual insurers, and how they may affect coverage and liability insurance programs. The program will also explore what AI-related underwriting issues insurers may be considering in light of the new exclusions. The program will also explore whether new insurance products may be coming to market relating to AI use and liability.
