Cargo Loss/Damage: Theft Protection Best Practices and Helpful Theft Prevention Vendors/Technology

According to CargoNet, more than $200 million in cargo was stolen last year while in transit. Insurers report that theft is at “an all-time high”. Cargo thefts due to fraud and deception are up more than 1,300% year-over-year. On March 6, 2024, Flaster Greenberg shareholders Mariel Giletto, Eric Palombo, and Chris Merrick gave an engaging and interactive presentation to the corporate counsel committee of the Transportation Lawyers Association on how to stem the tide.
