Flaster Greenberg P.C. has appointed shareholder Franklin J. Riesenburger head of its environmental department.
Riesenburger is in Flaster Greenberg's Vineland office, located at 190 S. Main Road. He advises clients on matters involving environmental litigation and regulation.
Riesenburger is a former adjunct professor of environmental law at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He lectures frequently on topics, including environmental contamination, cost recovery, environmental remediation cost allocation, complex litigation and risk assessment in New Jersey, and issues facing Realtors in industrial, commercial and residential sales.
He is a cum laude graduate of the American University, where he received the John F. Kennedy Memorial Scholarship. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago in 1971.
