Flaster Greenberg has committed to the gold sponsorship of the 2012 Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). The presentations in this series will offer quick insights on topical issues and will present ways in which to strengthen the economy through the restoration of corporate value.
Flaster Greenberg has been a sponsor of the TMA in various capacities for the last six years. Several of the firms’ attorneys are active in this organization and have participated in past educational programs.
The Philadelphia Chapter of the TMA is dedicated to promoting the practice of corporate renewal and turnaround management within the business and financial communities of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. Today, the Chapter has over 280 members and is led by a volunteer board of directors. The Chapter holds monthly networking events and educational meetings focused on topics related to the turnaround management profession and leading issues affecting companies which are experiencing financial or operational challenges. Members are able to share their knowledge and experiences through TMA’s publications, conferences, webinars and peer meetings.
