As South Jersey and surrounding areas start to open up, employers face challenges, especially regarding employment laws as staff come back to work. To help clear up this confusion, Avrio Solutions invited Phil Kirchner, a business litigation and contract attorney at Flaster Greenberg, who has been studying the myriad of new laws and regulations that have emerged in the wake of the COVID-19 virus, to explain what you need to know.
