She represents clients in corporate business and transactional matters, including acquisition and sale of businesses, preparation of shareholder agreements and operating agreements and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements.

Actively involved in several community organizations, Ms. Vidal was named 2006 Community Advocate of the Year by the South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and one of New Jersey’s 50 Best Women in Business by NJ Biz Magazine. As past chairperson of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Board of Directors, she is an active member of the Chamber. She is also a former member of the Chamber's Executive Committee. A founding member of the Burlington County Advisory Council on Women and past chairperson of its predecessor, the Burlington County Advisory Committee on Women, Ms. Vidal also served as a chairperson of a Community Impact Panel for the United Way of Burlington County. She served on the Executive Board of Directors of the American Association of University Women, New Jersey, and as the organization's Legal Advocacy Fund Liaison. She is a frequent lecturer on topics relating to estate planning and tax issues.
