Kenneth R. Pugh represents clients in multiple practice areas including estate planning and administration, business planning, and tax matters. His estate planning work includes preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Additionally, Kenneth works with clients to help structure their charitable giving to achieve specific tax goals, and also assists clients in responding to Statutory Notice of Deficiency letters from the IRS.
Earning both his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, Kenneth actively represented low-income taxpayers in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, the New Jersey Bar, and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
Prior to attending law school, Kenneth worked as a microbiologist for both GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson, and as a research biochemist for Siemens Healthcare DX. His scientific endeavors have allowed him to develop the rigorous attention to detail he now uses to help clients achieve their planning goals.
