Flaster Greenberg PC is proud to announce that Shareholder Eric Palombo, Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain Practice Group Leader, was appointed Representative-at-Large to the Executive Committee of the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA) for a two-year term during the organization’s 2026 Annual Conference in Florida.
As Representative-at-Large for the Executive Committee, he will serve on the association's Executive Committee and contribute to its ongoing initiatives. His appointment reflects his continued involvement in the transportation industry and the legal community.
Palombo focuses his practice on transportation law, commercial litigation, and complex property damage disputes, representing clients nationwide in matters involving rail, motor carrier, and maritime law, including derailments, freight claims, maritime allisions, and infrastructure-related losses. He has extensive experience litigating high-stakes cases in state and federal courts across the country, recovering and defending against multi-million-dollar claims while also advising clients on regulatory compliance, transportation agreements, and government investigations.
As reflected in its mission statement, The Transportation Lawyers Association is an independent association comprised of in-house, government and private practice attorneys. Its members assist providers and commercial users of domestic and international logistics and transportation services, in all modes.
