Flaster Greenberg PC is pleased to announce that Anne M. Madonia, a seasoned business attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, has joined the firm’s Business Transactions Department. Madonia brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of advising clients on complex corporate transactions, governance, and strategic business matters.
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Madonia practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm where she represented a diverse portfolio of clients with mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, debt and equity financings and outside general counsel advice. Her expertise spans industries including transportation and logistics, manufacturing and distribution, sports and entertainment, staffing, retail, professional services, cannabis, and more, making her a valuable addition to Flaster Greenberg’s robust corporate practice.

Madonia provides legal advice to entrepreneurs, startups, private equity funds, middle-market companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and various foundations, associations, and institutions. She advises clients in key areas such as company formation, governance, capital investment, secured debt financing, and exit strategies. She has also helped clients negotiate a variety of business contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, equipment leases, consulting agreements, joint venture agreements, and partnership agreements.

Madonia earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. She will be based out of the firm’s Conshohocken office.
