Flaster Greenberg construction law attorney James A. Kozachek will present a seminar on New Jersey Construction Lien Law (CLL) on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, 8:30 to 10 a.m. The seminar will be held at the Builders League of South Jersey office at 114 Haddontowne Court in Cherry Hill, New Jersey
The seminar will cover technical details regarding filing and defending against lien claims, recent case law interpreting and applying the construction lien law and the current efforts before the Legislature to amend key provisions of the CLL.
James A. Kozachek, a Columbus, NJ resident, concentrates his practice on construction law, real estate law, and environmental law, serving as counsel to developers, business owners, operators, contractors, sub-contractors, insurers, bonding companies, engineers, architects, and other licensed design professionals.
