Ken Gilberg to Speak at KC’s Employee Relations & Union Awareness Live Webcast

Kenneth R. Gilberg, shareholder in the Labor and Employment practice group at Flaster Greenberg PC, has been selected by The Knowledge Congress to speak at the Employee Relations & Union Awareness LIVE Webcast on October 10, 2013.

Mr. Gilberg‘s portion of the webcast, entitled “Pro Active Labor Relations for Sound, Profitable Business Growth in Union and Non-Union Companies,” will highlight the most important aspects of union awareness and organizing, including: How to train and educate supervisors, managers and employees; developing and maintaining “best” employment practices and procedures; establish and maintain effective two-way communication programs and methods; access vulnerability; and checks and balances for sound labor relations.

Recognized as a Top 100 Labor Lawyer in the US by the Labor Relations Institute, Mr. Gilberg represents employers in a broad range of employment, labor and human resources issues.
