FG’s Bill Burnett to Participate in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference “The Great Debate”

Flaster Greenberg shareholder Bill Burnett has been tapped by the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Court to join other attorneys, professionals and paraprofessionals who specialize in the practice of Bankruptcy and Creditors to take part in “The Great Debate.”

Burnett’s portion of the debate will focus on the role of Chapter 11 trustees. The program will take place on Wednesday, November 7 at 4:30 p.m. at the Robert N.C. Nix, Sr. Federal Courthouse, located at 900 Market Street, 2nd floor, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has been approved for 1.0 substantive and 0.5 ethic credits for PA and DE.

Burnett is a shareholder in the Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Practice Group and concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, reorganizations and workouts. He is also an adjunct professor at the Temple University Beasley School of Law for the Integrated Transactional Program and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
