Flaster Greenberg Attorney Kristan L. Howard is among the 2009 recipients of Real Estate New Jersey Magazine's annual "30 Under 30" awards. The "30 Under 30" honorees, selected from nominations submitted from across the state, are recognized for professional excellence and a commitment to business and their communities. This year's winners will be featured in the March/April edition of the magazine.
Kristan L. Howard maintains a dual legal practice in complimentary areas of the law: real estate and bankruptcy. She represents a range of clients including private investors and commercial developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. Because of her abilities and experience with bankruptcy law, she is also able to assist when real estate and other clients seek financial relief, or require a plan for financial restructuring of their business entities and projects.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Kristan L. Howard was an associate with a South Jersey law firm focusing on real property transactions. Ms. Howard distinguished herself with an outstanding academic record at Villanova University School of Law, during law school was selected as a student law clerk for a Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
