Flaster Greenberg announced today that Samantha J. Fitzpatrick joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department, as well as the Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Department. Fitzpatrick, who will work in Flaster Greenberg’s Philadelphia office, will assist clients in a wide range of bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Fitzpatrick worked at a regional defense litigation firm and also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn H. Nichols, Superior Court of Pennsylvania and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth Jackson, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Family Division.
Fitzpatrick obtained her B.A. in French Language & Literature, magna cum laude, from The Lincoln University, the nation’s first degree-granting Historically Black College and University (HBCU). She earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Fitzpatrick was selected for the National Trial Team and served as its Chair.
