Flaster Greenberg Shareholders have elected attorney Kenneth S. Goodkind to serve on the firm’s Executive Committee. Goodkind joins fellow Shareholders Bernard Eizen, Darren Goldstein, and Jordan LaVine, along with Managing Shareholder, Peter R. Spirgel.
Goodkind is a member of the firm's Litigation Department, handling all phases of complex commercial, as well as trusts and estates, disputes. He is highly skilled in resolving difficult conflicts in areas such as unfair competition, Lanham Act and defamation and other business torts; class action defense, consumer law (including fraud, FDCPA and similar issues), debtor-creditor and bankruptcy matters, guardianships, healthcare , mortgages and foreclosures, real estate, shareholder control and entity break-ups, and will contests.
A trial, alternative dispute and appellate attorney, Goodkind appears frequently in state and federal courts, primarily in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, representing a broad spectrum of individuals, entrepreneurs, professional and corporate clients. A former in-house counsel with a large multinational corporation, his practice also involves all aspects of general corporate, as well as personal, counseling.
Goodkind is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, multiple federal appellate court, and state and federal district courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. Goodkind holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, an M.P.A from The Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a B.S. from Cornell University.
