Flaster Greenberg shareholder Angie Gambone has been named by NJBiz to the statewide business weekly’s 40-Under-40 list of New Jersey’s most accomplished young business professionals. Calling Angie and fellow honorees “leaders and founders, partners, executives and above all trailblazers,” NJBIZ made its selections based on commitment to business growth, professional excellence and to the community.
Angie is a member of Flaster Greenberg's Litigation and Family Law Practice Groups handling a multitude of complex family law issues for her clients, including divorce, custody matters, adoption, family formation and the legal needs of nontraditional and LGBTQ+ families throughout New Jersey. She has been named among the “Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40” in the U.S. by the National LGBT Bar Association, an “Awesome Attorney” by South Jersey Magazine six times, a “Legal Eagle” and “Person the Watch” by Philadelphia Magazine, a “Top Attorney” in Family Law by SJ Magazine, and is an American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys, NJ Chapter Award for Excellence recipient. She has also been named a New Jersey Rising Star by Thomson Reuters, publishers if New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine, in the area of Family Law for the past five consecutive years. Angie has also been named a Leader of the Bar by the New Jersey Law Journal and selected by The Burlington County Advisory Council on Women as an “Outstanding Woman of the Year” in the category of law.
Dedication to the community is evident in Angie’s extracurricular work, which involves being an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School teaching Family Law Motion Practice, serving as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Gloucester County, and serving as a Barrister for the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court. Angie is also a member of several bar associations, including: the Family Law Section and LGBT Rights Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association; National LGBT Bar Association; and was most recently one of only nine attorneys in the state of New Jersey appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve on the District IV Fee Arbitration Committee. Angie is also highly committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession and the broader communities that the profession serves. She is the current Chair of Flaster Greenberg’s Diversity Committee and is a board member for the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group.
Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Angie received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, cum laude, and her B.S. in Social Work from Rutgers University, with high honors. She is also a certified divorce mediator.
