Flaster Greenberg PC’s managing shareholder Alan H. Zuckerman has recently been elected to serve as Director of the Atlantic/Cape May Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJCPA), effective June 1, 2018.
A tax attorney and certified public accountant, Mr. Zuckerman has a business practice with a concentration in taxation, business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (involving both public and privately held companies), healthcare, and estate planning and administration. He is also a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Mr. Zuckerman received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Bryant University.
