Flaster Greenberg is pleased to welcome Fallon Robinson (left) and Sarah Bellacicco as participants in the firm's 2026 Summer Associate Program.
The eight-week program provides law students with hands-on experience across a variety of legal disciplines while offering meaningful exposure to the firm's attorneys, clients, and culture. Throughout the summer, Robinson and Bellacicco will rotate through the firm's Business Transactions and Litigation & Disputes Departments and work alongside attorneys in Flaster Greenberg's Cherry Hill, Philadelphia, and Conshohocken offices.
Robinson, who was recently promoted to the role of Law Clerk at Flaster Greenberg, is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Rutgers Law School–Camden and is expected to graduate in May 2027. She attends law school through the evening program while continuing to work full-time at the firm as part of a unique attorney development initiative established when she joined Flaster Greenberg.
Bellacicco is returning to the firm as a second-year Summer Associate. A student at Rutgers Law School–Camden, she is also expected to earn her J.D. in May 2027. Bellacicco first joined the firm in 2025 through Flaster Greenberg's partnership with the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group (PDLG), an organization dedicated to increasing diversity within the legal profession. Following a successful summer experience, the firm is pleased to welcome her back for a second year.
During the program, Robinson and Bellacicco will work on a variety of substantive assignments, participate in mentoring opportunities, and gain insight into the firm's diverse practice areas.
Flaster Greenberg remains committed to developing future legal talent through mentorship, experiential learning, and strategic partnerships that help cultivate the next generation of attorneys.
