After extending the validity of permits and approvals for nearly a decade, the Permit Extension Act is finally expiring. The tolling period has ended for many permits as of Jan. 1, and will end completely as of June 30. Hear from a panel of experts on life after the PEA, including strategies for obtaining additional extensions from local land use boards per the MLUL; strategies for re-applying for local land use approvals when extensions are unavailable or denied; obtaining new or re-issued permits, approvals and LOIs from DEP and other state and county agencies; and due diligence when reviewing dormant projects.
