Secured preliminary injunction in a copyright infringement action. In a case of first impression, the district court held that the defendant had willfully infringed plaintiff FMC Corporation’s EPA-approved pesticide label. The court ordered the defendant to immediately stop selling the product carrying the infringing label until it received EPA approval for a new non-infringing label.
