Victor is a senior litigation paralegal and a highly skilled legal researcher, having worked as a research librarian for 20 years before entering the paralegal field. He was a Research and Electronic Resources Manager at the law firm Dilworth-Paxson and the former Mesirov Gelman Jaffe Cramer & Jamieson, prior to his position at Golatz Griffin & Ewing, which merged with Flaster/Greenberg PC in 2009.
In addition to research on all legal topics, Victor performs document review and onsite document collection and review for all departments across the firm.
Born in the city of Sieniawa, in the southeast region of Poland, Victor speaks and writes fluent Polish. He is a member of numerous professional associations, including the Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association (GPLLA), where he held the offices of member, Board of Directors, Vice President and President; the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL); The Jagiellonian Law Society; and the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals.
Victor earned his paralegal certification in 2010 from Boston University.
