Sara H. Furman is a member of Flaster/Greenberg’s Business and Corporate department and maintains a general corporate and securities practice. She has experience in representing corporate clients in a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions.
A significant portion of Ms. Furman’s practice has been dedicated to LP and LLC formations, federal securities filings and stock and asset acquisitions. Her pro bono practice has included counseling nonprofit clients on entity formation, corporate documentation and tax matters.
Prior to joining Flaster/Greenberg, Ms. Furman was an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP.
