Renee C. Vidal concentrates her practice in estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law. In this capacity, she advises clients on:

  • Tax issues that impact estate planning for individuals and business owners, and business succession planning for owners of closely held businesses
  • Preparation of contracts, partnership agreements and operating agreements
  • Negotiation and preparation of employment agreements
  • Acquisition and sale of businesses

She addresses the specific needs of individuals and applies best practice techniques for minimizing taxes and enhancing tax benefits of structured transactions and general tax advice in drafting estate plans, contract drafting, estate administration and preparation of estate tax returns. She represents clients in corporate business and transactional matters, including acquisition and sale of businesses, preparation of shareholder agreements and operating agreements and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements.

  • Representing executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts, including the preparation of federal and state estate and inheritance tax returns

Community Activities

Actively involved in several community organizations, Ms. Vidal was named 2006 Community Advocate of the Year by the South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and one of New Jersey’s 50 Best Women in Business by NJ Biz Magazine. As past chairperson of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce, she is a member of the Board of Directors and Women in Business Committee. She is also a former member of the Chamber's Executive Committee. A founding member of the Burlington County Advisory Council on Women and past chairperson of its predecessor, the Burlington County Advisory Committee on Women, Ms. Vidal also serves on the Community Impact Panel of the United Way of Burlington County. She served on the Executive Board of Directors of the American Association of University Women, New Jersey, and as the organization's Legal Advocacy Fund Liaison. She is a frequent lecturer on topics relating to estate planning and tax issues.
