Peter M. Dolinger practices in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation, environmental law and government regulatory counseling.

Mr. Dolinger has served as chair of the Environmental Law Committee of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey and is a former consultant to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Industrial Policy.

Mr. Dolinger writes for publications on subjects related to expert evidence in litigation and environmental law.  Among his topics:
