Nicole T. Donoian-Pody

Nicole T. Donoian-Pody concentrates her practice in all areas of family law and has significant experience in divorce cases involving alimony, child support, child custody, parenting time, grandparent's rights, division of assets and prenuptial agreements. She works with clients on matters involving domestic partnerships, civil unions and legal issues as they apply to the LGBT community in New Jersey and enjoys this area of practice as the law continues to evolve. She has successfully represented clients in complex matrimonial matters with unique issues, substantial marital estates and complex business valuations. Ms. Donoian-Pody also handles estate litigation matters involving will contests, undue influence, diminished capacity and accountings of estates and trusts.

A former law clerk to the Honorable Louise D. Donaldson, Superior Court Judge of New Jersey’s Chancery Division, Family Part, she has participated in a variety of family law seminars as both moderator and speaker through the Camden County Bar Association. Ms. Donoian-Pody has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal, in which she has written about “Benefits and Pitfalls of the Domestic Partnership Act” and “Sorting Out Premarital Assets.” She presented on the “Overview of Dissolution and Overview of: Enforcement of Litigants’ Rights, Modification of Support and Other Orders” at the 2008 orientation seminar for new and rotated judges, lecturing on dissolution, enforcement of litigant's rights and modification of support and other orders.

Community Activities

Ms. Donoian-Pody handles pro bono matrimonial matters through South Jersey Legal Services. She is a Barrister member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Inns of Court, whose mission is to foster excellence in professionalism, ethics and legal skills for judges, lawyers and law students. Ms. Donoian-Pody has been appointed to the 2009 – 2010 District IV Fee Arbitration Committee.
