Nella M. Bloom is a member of Flaster/Greenberg’s Bankruptcy Practice Group. Licensed to practice law in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Ms. Bloom focuses her practice on general bankruptcy and corporate matters.

Ms. Bloom graduated from Syracuse University College of Law where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. She received her BA from Hamilton College, cum laude. Most recently, she practiced as an associate in the business practice group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman, P.C. Prior to that, she was a judicial clerk in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County for the Honorable Judge Howland W. Abramson, Jr.

Representative Matters

  • Representation of an Internet specialty foods retailer in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, negotiating with creditors and reorganizing its debt and equity interests, which resulted in its continued operations
  • Representation of a national-level motorsports racetrack in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, particularly the restructuring of its secured debt, resulting in its continued operations
  • Representation of various single-asset real estate entities in Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, as well as state law proceedings related to the real estate at issue
  • Representation of defendants in various adversary litigation in bankruptcy courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Texas, New York, and other jurisdictions
