Laura B. Wallenstein provides counsel in two primary areas for clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania: business and tax planning, and family wealth transfers. Her representation of general business clients focuses on matters involving tax and business planning for closely held businesses and professional entities, which includes an emphasis on healthcare law. Her family wealth transfer practice includes comprehensive gift and estate planning as well as the administration of estates and trusts.
An author and lecturer on tax and estate planning issues, Ms. Wallenstein has presented seminars on estate planning techniques; income tax issues in estate administration; estate administration and planning for “S” corporations, and on the New Jersey Transfer Inheritance Tax.
