Janice C. Trout

Paralegal

Janice is a litigation paralegal with significant experience in mass tort litigation, particularly asbestos defense litigation, primarily in the role as National Counsel, but also at the local level. She is also highly skilled at managing case tracking databases, organizing and maintaining large document cases, and has performed risk management assessment and local counsel bill review for clients with matters in litigation across the country.

Prior to her position at Flaster/Greenberg, Janice had served for 20 years with Gollatz, Griffin & Ewing, as a research assistant and paralegal, as well as in other capacities. She continued as a paralegal when the former GG&E merged with Flaster/Greenberg PC in 2009. 

Janice attended Shippensburg State College. She is a member of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Women in eDiscovery and the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations.
