Frank Wisniewski concentrates his practice in all aspects of real estate law and litigation involving real estate.
Mr. Wisniewski is a former adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law–Camden, where he taught a class on “Modern Real Estate Transactions.”
Representative Matters
- Counsels clients in matters involving real estate development, real estate purchasing, selling, leasing and construction
- Land use and planning, which often includes obtaining approvals from, and working with, local, county, state and federal authorities
- Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act Registrations
- Represents lenders and borrowers in construction, permanent financing, and financial work-outs
- Counsels commercial and residential condominium and other property owner associations
- Liquor licensing, condemnation and real estate tax appeals
