Eric C. Garrabrant is a member of Flaster/Greenberg’s Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice on commercial, chancery, corporate, construction and real estate litigation, and land use and planning law. He also represents buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Garrabrant is the former municipal prosecutor, litigation attorney and conflict counsel for the City of Wildwood, New Jersey. He is currently a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District I Fee Arbitration Committee. He came to Flaster/Greenberg after three yeas as a solo practitioner in Wildwood, New Jersey.
Representative Matters
- Successful argument of a case before the New Jersey Supreme Court, which led to the establishment of an expansive scope of coverage for commercial liability policies covering acts of “employee dishonesty” and established an expanded interpretation of the number of occurrences under such policy
- In a matter of first impression, obtained dismissal of a foreclosure complaint filed by Trustee of securitized Trust for lack of “standing”
