Emily Breslin is a member of Flaster/Greenberg’s Litigation Practice Group. She graduated from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, magna cum laude, where she served as the managing editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing.
Ms. Breslin focuses her practice on commercial litigation.
Ms. Breslin received her B.A. from Bryn Mawr College, where she majored in Political Science and Italian. Most recently, she clerked for the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
