Darren Goldstein has an extensive complex commercial and telecommunications litigation practice at both the trial and appellate levels in litigation and arbitration throughout the country. He is also experienced in legal cost management, and patent litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Goldstein’s clients include financial institutions, telecommunications carriers, national manufacturers and other Fortune 500 companies.

  • Defense award in a $60 million commercial claim against a major financial services provider
  • Significant awards and resolutions of telecommunication inter-carrier compensation disputes involving, among other things, the CLEC Benchmark, wireless traffic issues and CLEC/ILEC compensation
  • Resolved various patent litigations for a major manufacturer of consumer goods
  • Restrictive covenant litigation
  • Director and officer liability litigation
  • Insurance guarantee association disputes
  • Regional management and negotiation of thousands of claims for a national products liability defendant
