Alexis Arena

Alexis Arena focuses her practice on trademark counseling and litigation, online trademark enforcement, and internet disputes. She advises clients on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights online, including the resolution of domain name disputes and matters concerning e-commerce, online speech and conduct, and related intellectual property issues.

Ms. Arena has experience representing companies and individuals in commercial litigation matters involving a range of industries, and practices in state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Before joining Flaster Greenberg in 2008, Ms. Arena practiced as an associate in the litigation group at McCarter & English, LLP.

Representative Matters

  • Design and implementation of online brand protection strategies for corporate clients
  • Representation of companies in litigation whose websites were removed from Internet search results – websites were relisted following litigation
  • Representation of companies in unfair competition and false advertising lawsuits - have successfully obtained preliminary injunctions removing content from websites
  • Lead counsel in trademark and copyright infringement litigation – have successfully negotiated large settlements for intellectual property owners
  • Prosecution of more than a dozen domain name dispute proceedings before the National Arbitration Forum and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre - proceedings resulted in domain names hosted around the world being transferred to our clients
  • Named to the World Trademark Review 1000 List, 2016 & 2017, by IP Media Group

  • Named a Pennsylvania "Rising Star," 2010 - 2017, by Thomson Reuters, publishers of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers
