The 24th annual “Conference & Workshops on Law Firm Management & Economics” was held recently at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia. The two-day conference, which attracted administrators from firms across the country, featured programs of specific interest to managing, administrative and financial partners, as well as senior attorneys and office administrators. Peter R. Spirgel, Managing Shareholder of Flaster/Greenberg PC, spoke at two sessions of the conference on themes including “Succession and Client Transition,” and “Tensions Surrounding Partner Compensation.” Spirgel is seen here, responding to a question from the audience.
