Considering Running for Office in Pennsylvania? Free Seminar on Legal Issues for Candidates and Campaign Staff
“Get Ready, Get Set, Run!” is a seminar designed to educate political candidates and their staff members about the basics of election law. Developed as a practical, non-partisan guide to avoiding legal pitfalls for candidates considering a political run in Pennsylvania, the wide range of topics covered will include issues such as: how to qualify for the ballot, state disclosure requirements, and campaign finance limits, among many others.
The seminar is a must for candidates, potential candidates, committee chairs and key staff, especially those involved in finance and fundraising. Presenters are attorneys Kevin Greenberg and Abbe F. Fletman, who co-chair the Government Relations practice at Flaster/Greenberg PC. Both fixtures on the political scene, they have advised politicians from City Hall to the White House, and counseled candidates at the local, regional and national levels.
